In most cases, you can expect your manuscript to undergo two rounds of line editing with me. After the first round, I will provide you with my suggested revisions and feedback, allowing you the opportunity to review and incorporate the changes. Once you have made the necessary revisions, you can resubmit the newly revised manuscript to me for the final round of line editing. During this stage, I will conduct a thorough examination, meticulously scrutinizing the manuscript for any remaining issues or areas that require attention.

With this service, you can expect to receive the following deliverables:

Revision letter: After each round of feedback, you will receive a concise revision letter from me. This letter will elaborate on the feedback provided, highlighting issues like crutch words or phrases, addressing common manuscript concerns, and providing additional insights as needed.
Personalized style sheet: Upon completion of the line editing service, you will receive a personalized style sheet tailored to your manuscript. This comprehensive document captures your preferred spelling and capitalization, guidelines for punctuation and formatting, unique abbreviations and acronyms, instructions for consistency in terminology, specialized terms and jargon, grammar and style preferences, character details, and more.
Manuscript markups: After each round of feedback, you will receive a copy of your manuscript marked with comments and suggested revisions. All suggested revisions will be made using Microsoft Word’s “track changes” feature.

Your investment in my professional line editing service is priced at $0.03 per word. The total cost will depend on the word count of your manuscript. This fee includes a thorough line edit of your entire manuscript, incorporating revisions, suggestions, and improvements to enhance its overall quality and readability.
